Refresh was specifically formulated to be gentle enough for daily use, including as part of a morning and evening cleansing routine. The exfoliating beads are smooth, rounded and plant-based, providing gentle physical exfoliation rather than the more aggressive exfoliation associated with irregular or abrasive particles. That said, everyone's skin is different.
